Good afternoon--I have been experiencing a sever case of vertigo since April of 2013 everyday. The severity ranges- on a scale of 1-10-generally 3-5 daily but often the severity will increase to 7-8. I am unable to drive and experience car sickness when riding even short distances in a vehicle. I also have migraine headaches everyday with the severity 3-4 generally but numbers of 6-7 not uncommon. These 2 issues are with me when I wake up and when I retire for the day along with nausea. They are always with me. I have been seen by 3 ENT doctors and they all agree the vertigo is not an inner ear issue. I have had MRI s, balance tests, hearing tests and a few other tests and I passed them all. I was told I have degenerative neck arthritis, went to physical therapy and that helped to elevate some of the pain I experience in the left shoulder area but it did not eliminate the vertigo or the migraine headaches. My current neurologist suggested vestibular rehab even though the issue is not inner ear, I have been doing the exercises for the past 2 weeks but the issues are still present. I have taken different medications as well, some lessen the severity but thus far nothing removes the 2 issues. HELP!
