Cause Of Warm Hands Irrespective Of Weather And Clicking In Joints?

hi there, I m a 22 year old male and my hands are always warm no matter the weather and throughout my life my hands have always been shaking not a lot..but more than anyone else s I know...Not sure if this was caused by clicking my fingers..but yeah especially its extremely noticeable when I hold stuff..Also my wrists I ve realised click a lot lately when moving my hand.. This shaking I ve come to realise also occurs in other body parts such as feet/lower leg when standing up etc even my neck/back will shake if I m in a position where it s not comfortable like lying on the floor but trying to sit up on my elbows etc.. my back/neck will shake at those times..oh and also if i lean on my arm my arm will shake..this is just very annoying..it really depends on the position at times though.. However, the worst are my hands as they shake even whilst taking out a credit card from my wallet or putting money in my wallet..it can be very annoying.. especially when using a camera i need to use both hands to really grip the camera tight so it doesn t shake as much..I ve come to realise that when force is applied the shaking lessons..but obviously this method can be applied when reading a book or handling similar items.
