Clear Blob Of Mucus Discharged. No Periods After IUD. Prescribed Vicodin For Abdominal Pain. Pregnant?

I just went pee, wiped and there was a blob of clear mucus . I have never had any discharge before in my life. I have had an IUD for 4 years, and havent had a period since it got put in. A couple days ago, I went to the E.R. for very strong abdomenal pain. All they did was give me Vicodin and told me to go to planned parenthood. Is this normal or could I be pregnant?
