Could D And C Done After A Miscarriage Have Resulted In Pimples On Face?

I got a misscarrige on 20th october 2012 and my d and c is done on 21st october ... i Got spotting on 3rd nov for an hour only but i started feeling very stressed and i have become short tempered and got pimples on my face feel uneasiness all the time and checked my b/p on 6th november its 130/80.. its on the higher side.. suggestions please what precautions i need to take.My email id is YYYY@YYYY
