Could US Showing Cyst On Cervix And Several Cysts On Myometrium Suggest Uterine Cancer?

I had an ultrasound today, due to what I describe as I feel inflamed It doesn t sound too concerning but want a further explanation so I can understand. I have had endometriosis removed twice in the last 7 years and also some small ovarian cysts drained along with novasure. My US today show cyst on cervix and several cysts on myometrium? How common is this, should I be concerned about uterine cancer, what further tests would be smart to do?
