Could A Bruised Tailbone Cause Dizzyspells?

I am a 34 y.o. female, 5 5, around 200 lbs. I, also, have fms, ddd, scoilosis. Currently, I m only taking tylenol and aleve for pain. I was on antibiotics about 2 weeks ago for an abcess under my armpit that originated from the carpet burn I encountered when I fell down my stairs a couple of weeks ago. Bruised my tailbone. Ever since, I have been experiencing frequent dizzy spells. Mostly when I m driving or trying to go down a flight of stairs. Could a bruised tailbone cause dizzyspells?
