Could Abdominal Pain After A C-section Be Due To Pseudomonas Infection?

I am 58 years old. I have a daughter born in 1972. I have always wondered what exactly happened to me after I gave birth with C-section, then living in Istanbul-Turkey. I had a hard time getting well, not able to walk. I do not remembered exactly when being so many years ago, but started having incredible pains in the abdomin. Going to doctors first they treated me for colds and flues. As months went by I started getting worse and then was told I had the Meditereanen illness that I had to live with it and not to worry. Then at one point I had my appendix out. After some months later, I was in so much pain I could not breath or scream anymore , a doctor that came to the house told me I had to go to the hospital at once, and I could die if not treated.I was in the hostpital for a week or more and had high dosage of peniciline by IV. They said it was abdomin and ovaries infection. After 2 years I had the same symtoms and was rushed immediately and treated again. Now my question is that could this have been psodomanas . I just had a friend treated for it and was wondering??? I never new exactly the English word for my illness so I can explain to my doctors when they ask my history. thanks
