Could Brown Discharge Without Bleeding After Taking Cycloprogynova Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi Dr. I am 28 I am ttc for 2years all my blood works are fine i ovulate normally my uterus thickness is fine and with ultra vaginal ultrasound all is good, recently I have irregular periods the Dr. says due to stress. And prescribed me Cyclo Progynova started on my 5th cd I have finished the 1st pack 7 days ago and did not start bleeding I have only brown discharge. When will I start to bleed and is it possible am pregnant?
