Could Constant Sinus Pressure In Head And Ringing Ear With Scan Being Normal Indicate TMJ?

I have had sinus pressure in my entire head and ringing in my left ear for months a Catscan showed nothing abnormal with my sinuses I have been treated with an antibiotic and a steroid with no relief. I have seen an ear nose and throat doctor also. If I massage my head my nose will eventually run. Could this be TMJ or a disc probllem in my neck? Also are there additional tests I should request be done?
