Could Dizziness, Cramps And Soreness In Breasts Be Due Pregnancy?

its a bit of a story but here goes i got rushed into hospital on the 31 aug 2011 and got told i was pregnant and the baby was in my tube and was about to rupture and got took down for emergency surgery on the 1st sep 2011 to remove the baby and my tube i got a inplanon put in before i left the hospital on the 2nd sep 2011 and got told to wait o1 week before having sex and me and my partner had sex on the 7th day exactly but ive had the inplanon in before and it had to be removed due to non stop bleeding which made me very very drained and sunk in so i was nervoues with it this time around and i was bleeding before me and my partner had intercourse and now i havent had any bleeding at all and ive got sore breasts heart burn cramps feeling sick and sometimes dizzy and im worried ive falling pregnant is this possible ive checked it up and woman say they have fallen pregnant on it ive done a test and it came back neg but all the other woman say this happened to them also please help me is it possible and am i pregnant ??
