Could History Of Cellulitis Be Related To Dizziness, Numbness And Tingling In Arms?

My wife constantly complains of her arms falling asleep at night. She also has tingling hands throughout the day. Recently she s been complaining of dizziness. I m concerned. She also has pressure near eyes and I thought that could be a sinus infection, but no other sinus infection symptoms. She s had Cellulitis in the past and she s worried if might be coming back. But, she hasn t complained about any other Cellulitis related aggravations.
