Could Isotretinoin Be The Cause For Irregular Periods?

I am 30 years old. I used to have regular periods which last for 4 or 5 days. From the last six months on i am having irregular periods and heavy bleeding which last for about 18 days. I am taking Isotretinoin Capsules 20 mg (Acutret regularly from the last 7 months. Dr. plz tell me whether this medicine could be the cause of irregular periods?
