Could Latex Allergy Cause A Swelling In The Labia Minor?

Age 23. Height 5'6". Weight 140 lbs. Negative test results for STDs (for myself and my partner). After intercourse last night (not 'rough' or dry) I am experiencing unilateral swelling of the labia minor. No change in color, tissue does not seem rigid, no bumps or spots. Burning sensation upon touching and slight itching only on clitoris and perenium. No abnormal discharge or odor. NKA. No prior Hx. Meds:celexa 10mg bid, lortab (4 wisdom teeth extracted 11 days ago with general anesthesia) Perhaps I've developed an allergy to latex or something in the lubrication on the condom?
