Could Missed Periods Be Due To Thyroid Medicine?

Hi, im 30years old,weight 53,height 5"....I am diagianosed thyroid so startd taking Thyrox frm 2nd September and taking thyrox frm 1st day of this month and missed my menses...I would like to know is missed menses due to medicine,treatmnet of Thryoid.?
