Could Moles With White Dots Be Cancerous?

hi, for the last two years ive had my moles checked out by a dermatologist. the dermatologist has said the moles all look fine and I dont need to come back for another two years (at my last appt). Today I noticed that one of my moles had two white dots in it. Could mean the mole is cancerous??
