Could Night Sweats With History Of Hysterectomy Mean Hormonal Problem?

I had a hystectomy in 08. 49yr female and now having night sweats. Could my hormones be out of whack. I still have ovaries. plus Primary doc dx me as pre diabetic a1c 6mos ago was 6.3 now last week it was 7.0. I feel lousy, tired most of the tired and blood sugar up and down. woke up this morning with dry mouth and test blood it was 74. What should I do I feel lousy and not sure my doc is treating me properly for these maladies. Take metformin 500mg.and lisenoprel for mild HB pressure. Weight is 170 5'4 height. Please help
