Could Pain In Tailbone With History Of Fluid Removal From Spine With Diagnosed Uterine Fibroids And Tilted Uterus Be Connected?

I ve been experiencing tail bone pain since aug or sept. in july fluid was removed from my spine and the medical student had a hard time at first and had to be helped, after already causing me pain. Could this be because of that? Also i was diagnosed with uterine fibroids before and i have a tilted uterus. Could that b the cause?
