Could Protruding Vein On Penis Be Vein Thrombosis Or Blocked Lymph Channel?

Hello there.I am 19 years old,no history of similar problems.During the last few days(3-4 ? ) I have noticed something like a hard vein running from the very base of the penis(I even can feel it to the bottom of my stomach,you know,where the base of the penis is situated) and it extends to 1-2cm going up when erect, it is shorter when flaccid. There is mild pain when i touch the vein , just like a bruise.No erection malfunction or urinating malfunctions.I have come across many similar posts but I am kind of baffled because I m not sure if it s a vein thrombosis or a blocked lymph channel..This hard vein is colorless.I usually have vigorous sexual intercourse every other week or so and regular intercourse and/or receive oral sex around 3 times a week.Please answer this query because I am naturally worried a bit.
