Could Sharp Intense Pain Below The Breast With Severe Cough Indicate Recurred Shingles?

I have a deep cough doctor thinks it is bronchitis for 3 weeks, no fever, sore throat and I had a round of the shingles a month ago on my left forehead area. The main problem I am worried about is a sharp intense pain about a inch to the left of my xiphoid process below my left breast. It feels like a something tearing is this probably pleurisy still the shingles or maybe something else. I have had two rounds of antivirals.
