Could Taking Focalin Causes Nausea,dizziness And Breathing Problem?

Hello, Im 17 years old, 6 foot 2, 230 pounds. I currently take Focalin for my add. For the past few weeks I have been having strange symptoms, and the past three days they have gotten more and more severe. I havent been able to eat in 3 days, im constantly nasueated, my face is turning very pale, i constantly have to pee. Ive been having severe dizzieness, as well as muscle pains, shortness of breathe, irregular heartbeat, a constant migrane headache, muscle spasms, red dots on my arms. Ive been very fatiuged, but not able to sleep at all. Ive been shaking very badly, as well as having a few episodes where i have nearly fainted, do you have any idea what might be wrong? My mom has anemia, and she thinks i do too. But im not sure.
