Could The Constipation In A 2 Month Old Be Due To Intake Of Becelac Forte?

Hi doctor..i had some bleeding during motion yesterday and it pained a lot..i took becelac forte tablets morning and night ..my baby is 2 and half month old and i breast feed.

since yesterday morning when i took the tablet my baby has not passed motion..otherwise she used to pass motion everyday sometimes even 2 times a day..is it because of me taking the tablet?? should i stop taking the tablet?
