Could The Pain In My Elbow An Inflammation Of The Ulnar Collateral Ligament?

I am experiencing pain in my elbow, toward the hand just beyond the part of the elbow that sticks out the most. I experience the pain when I use it when doing bicep curls and similar uses of the left arm.Could it be an inflammation of the Ulnar Collateral Ligament ?
