Could The Pain In My Right Shoulder Blade Be Connected To Liver And Gaalbladder Issues?

Hi. I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder blade. My dr sent me for an X-ray, waiting on results. I had a minor ski wipeout weeks ago, was a little sore so followed w massage and chiropractic. After doing a search on shoulder blade pain, I m reading it can be liver or gallbladder issues. I have anticardiolipin antibodies which were present in pregnancies. 4 losses, including twins at 22 weeks. Following those I had successful pregnancies due to heparin injections. Factor 5 Leiden was brought to my attention somewhere during the pregnancies along w talk of lupus. Otherwise healthy individual others than recently experiencing joint pain, especially hips and shoulder (right). Could the pain in my right shoulder blade be connected to any of this? Blood clots were present in twins placenta, hence the use of heparin and still on low dose aspirin daily ( not heparin, only during pregnancy). Thank you kindly!! Denise from Canada.
