Could The Spotting With Cramps Be Due To Implantation?

hi , i took postinor 2 at day 10 of my cycle. my boyfriend had ejaculated before from masturbation, then he entered me, we used the withdrawal method and he was successful in not breaking in me. been trying to track my cycle and for the previous month i was 26 days. Now it's either 12 dpo of day 14 dpo and i have cramps and very light bleeding . just enough for a panty shield, could it be implantation bleed or my periods. cause i have taken two test on day 8 and 10 dpo?
