Could The Swelling And Lumps At The Vaginal Opening Be Due To Plan B?

I have small skin-colored bumps on the opening of my vagina. They do not itch or hurt. My vagina does feel a bit irritated though. I did have sex 2 weeks ago and the condom was textured. It broke so I took the plan b pill to make sure I would not get pregnant. I am having regular symptoms from that (cramping, period, etc.). Also, it looks like the walls of my vagina are swollen some. Could the swelling and small lumps at my opening be associated with the pill?
