Could Tiredness And Crunching Sound In Neck After A Fall Be Something Serious?

I fell off a ladder proximately 8 feet in the air on to my pool table supposably hit my head and I landed somewhere between my ribs and my pelvis the front side and I had a lot of leakage from my nose I don t really remember much about the incident I just know that now I feel slow and I keep getting like little earthquakes well I m sitting down I have my vision is of my head has been hurting since the incident which is been about a week I have a lot of cracking and popping in my chest and my back yesterday I had horrendus crunching sound in my neck well I was just sitting here and I just feel extremely tired.
