Does B-long F Taken For Prolactin Help In Getting Pregnant?

Hi, We are planning for a Baby. Had irregular periods whole 2013. wAS PRESCRIBED TO TAKE lOETTE and got my periods with a gap of 28 days cycle. Now i am prescribed to take B-Long F after testing for Prolactin which shows a level of 23. Is there any negative side effects of that. Can i get pregnant?
