Does Cipralex For Anxiety Interferes With The Contraceptive Pills?

Hi, im 23, female and have been prescribed cipralex for anxiety. I am aslo taking yasmin for birth control. I wanted to know if the cipralex can cause the yasmin to not work because initially with the cipralex I lost weight but now I am gaining quickly which is unusual for me. Could I be pregnant? Thanks
