Does Sotret Gel Cause Hives?

hi,this is 24 male,have dry skin , have active acne and firstly was prescribed vitamin a capsules and antibiotics and things were smooth then i was prescribed isotretinoin capsules but got an allergic reaction within few days in the form of hives. Now i have been prescribed sotret get to be applied topically yesterday but i have lost faith as my treatment was going on from last 2 months still no result.kindly advise if sotret gel can cause hives or not and what oral medicines should be used for a person getting hives due to isotretinoin.
