Does Vyvanse Affect Periods?

Hi! I'm currently on 60mg of Vyvanse and on birth control. I got very very light bleeding a couple days ago. I usually get a normal flow. Does Vyvanse effect your period. And if I were to get pregnant I would get off of the vyvanse right away. Would that effect the fetus? Even if I got off of it right away?

Im just nervous because I don't want to get pregnant because I already have 2 kids (one only 5 months) and because I am on the vyvanse.
