Does Abortion Result In Loss Of Sensitivity When Having Intercourse?

: I had an abortion almost 2 months ago, and for the past 6 weeks, i cant enjoy sex, i want it though im always dry and i really have no nice feeling like before. every time we try and have sex its hurts and i end up with a ural infection. i went an bought lubricant thinking that would help yes i stayed moist though the feeling is gone. my partner is trying everything for me to enjoy it and its like ive lost or sensitivity. my partner and i enjoy having sex with each other but ever since this abortion its just not the same. and i dont understand why.
