Does Acupuncture Cause Permanent Damages?

I am a 51 year old female, 5ft 5 inches tall and 103 lbs. Saw an acupuncturist almost 2 months ago for abdominal bloating and facial wrinkles. I ended up with bizzare results, that the acupuncturist said was not caused by her tx. The needles inserted along rt and left side of stomach caused tremendous pain and my stomach totally changed as a result. Lost my waist, muscles became flabby (like I lost my muscle tone) and my skin seemed separated from my body (like a face lift where they lift the skin from underlying tissue). Can no longer hold in my stomach which feels like jello. I also have occasional abdominal pain for no apparent reason. Two days after tx twitching began under my right eye and then an indentation under the same eye appeared. About 7 to 10 days later A small black and blue circular mark appeared on my rt cheek . I also developed three deep wrinkles on the right side of my upper lip near the midline which are always visable and cause deep grooves when I move my mouth to talk and eat. On the left side of my face intermittent tingling began and just two days ago I noticed that the skin on my left eyelid is not as toned - it looks like the skin is folding in over itself. To date, the black and blue mark on my cheek has resolved and the indentation under my left eye has decreased a little. However my stomach problems remain the same (loose skin, significantly reduced muscle tone, diminished waist, occasional pain) as do the wrinkles on my lip. I would like to know if acupuncture can cause permanent damage. And what kind of doctor, if any, I should now consult.
