Does Antihistamines Cause Itchy Rash?

I have a itchy rash on my stomach area for about a week. I have been seeing a Dr for an over frith of bacteria on the skin around the groin area, which is gone. I have been taking some antihistamines for the itching of the overgroth. I an also on some antibiotics for the same issue. Will continuing with these antihistamines cause the rash I currently have? If not what do you suggest? It is a slightly raised, pink in color,very itchy and warm to the touch.
