Does Facet Joint Lesioning Affect Menses?

I had facet joint lessioning done on my facet joints at the begining of June, I also had a stroid injection into my sacrolliac joint. My period was delayed by 10 days after the procedure. I have had the procedure done before and the delay in my period was expected. However I have had 2 further periods since this. Meaning I have had 3 periods within a 7 week period of time.
I am 42 and other wise healthy and around 3 stone overweight.
