Does Herpes Cause Itching Of Vaginal Area?

yes i have some symptoms that im worried about.Im a female age: 20 height:5"1 weight:150.Im not allergic to anything and do not take any medication. I have not had my period for the month of October at all and in my vaginal area the lips itch most of the time no matter if I shave my pubic hairs or let them grow it itches regardless and I tend to scratch it because it really bothers and when i do it burns a lil from me scratching hard and then my lips tend to feel swollen.I have not made an appointment with my doctor yet.Im really worried.Also december of this yr I have found out I have Herpes. Does it have anything to do with that?
