Does Hida Scan Affect Menustral Cycle?

Does a hida scan affect menstrual cycle. I was getting ready to start when i had my scan last week. I know my body, I spot for a few days and then start. This time, spotting for a couple of days had my scan (as of Monday) and still spotting a week a later. I am 51 and I know that I'm going through the change. For the first time Last month besides spotting my cycle was in 1-2 days. Besides that they are heavy but regular. The scan did show I have stones in my duct and need my gallbladder removed.
