Does Levonelle Work, If Experienced A Slight Diarrhea After Taking It?

hi, i had to take levonelle yesterday as the condom my partner and i were using broke during sex. i experienced slight diarrhea appeoximately 3 hours after taking levonelle. will the levonelle still work? i am 28, good health, average height. i take cerezette but have been on antibiotics - amoxycillin - for a chest infection hence the condom. i try to take cerezette at the same time each morning but sometimes i am about 2-3 hours out
