Does Light Vaginal Bleeding Indicate Implantation Bleeding?

my ovulation date is nov 22 and 8th dec is my next period suppose to come ,i got symptoms of pregnancy after my ovulation , but from yesterday(8th dec) i got menstrual cramps and started light bleeding, i thought it to be my regular cycle but the flow is very light as like the 4th or 5th day of regular cycle.i took susten 200 prescribed by my dr from 23rd nov and yesterday due to heavy pain i took meftlal spas in knowledge of my dr.(gynecologist) . we r planing to get positive result,but the bleeding makes us to get worry,through net i heard that it may be implantation bleeding,pls give us a good result
