Does Medler & Cefastar Pills Cause Side Effects?

hi doctor im suffering from severe cold which irritates me a lot and it causes me to dullness, i went to docotor he wrote me tablets medler, cefastar-250 and vecipro-500, but i feel no cure, could you suggest me whether the tablest caused me to more dullness and i couldnt eat anything, it tastes like bitter, and i couldnt hear in my right ear please help with your suggestions.
