Does Shrinking Of Cyst Mean It Is Not Cancerous?

Hi! I am a 38 year old female, weighing about about 190 pounds and about 5'3. Just wondering about daughter cysts. I have a functional cyst on my right ovaries due to the chlomid I was on. I was told that from my last ultrasound that the cyst has shrunk 4 cm and is now 3 cm in size. I didn't take any hormone medication to shrink the cyst either. The problem is that my doctor found about 5 internal cyst with a clear middle. They are attached to the wall of my big cyst and look like little bubbles measuring around 6 by 8 and 4 by 8, something like that. My fertility doctor is referring to my ob and has never seen this before. He told me he thinks its not cancer but doesn't know for sure. Can you please give me any advice. Since the big cyst shrunk alot is that a good sign that this is not cancer? No solid evidence was found withing the cysts.
