Does Skinlite Cream Cause Rashes On The Face?

Hii sir i am PAVAN,22 yrs old i am turning darker day b day and i also have pimples.My doc suggested me skinlite(hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone+furoate cream) where ever i have marks on my face i applied the cream on it and the spots are turning in to red colour ,i also have a little bit of pain.I wanted to know whether the rashes are appearing as the cream did not suit to my skin or what..
