Does Spotting With Stomach Flutters Indicate Early Menopause?

I usually have a 34 day menstrual cycle and usually have really heavy periods. My last two periods have been virtually nothing just slight pink tinged discharge. I have done two pregnancy tests one last month and one the month before, both came back negative. Have felt funny flutters in tummy not sure if this is related or not? Have no other pregnancy symptoms so could it be early menopause? I am 36 years of age. Would be grateful of any feedback? Thank you Hannah.
