Does Taking Gyno-trosynd Through Vagina Cause Bleeding?

I am 32 week 5 days pregnant. I have some yeast infection inside vagina. So doctor advised me to take Gyno-trosynd. When I was trying to put this inside vagina, I was scred and unabled to push inside.

Now after that, I went to bathroom and wipe out and saw nothing. But when I came from toilet I was some blood spot on my bed sheet. I dont even know from where it came. i checked twice but saw nothing in my vagina. and baby also moving and kicking as usual.

I am scared. Please advise me.
