Does Taking Lipo 6 Hers After Mirena Insertion Cause Continuous Bleeding?

Hi I am 49 years old women and I had heavy bleeding my gyn doctor advised for mirena IUCD inserted 3 month ago. I was spotting on and off since then but since started lipo 6 hers I have continuous bleeding every day is there any link? should I not take both together
