Does Tugain And Supradyn Help Hair Regrowth?

Hi Doctor.,
My age:22,weight:75,height 176cm
This query is regarding sign of hair regrowth.
I shaved my head and started using onion juice for past 2months.....
tugain 2% gel and Supradyn tablets for past 1month....
I can see some changes in my scalp especially new fine hairs are coming out and thick hair strands just popping out.
Is these are sign of hair growth or just my illusion???
Could you list down the signs and stages of hair regrowth.
