Does Vaginal Lip Swelling After Miscarriage Cause Any Problems?

iam ten weeks pregnant and i got bleeding last 6days back so i went to hospital for scan and the doctor said the babys hear beat was stopped for 6.5weeks,so dey suggested for the surgery to remove the baby out,tomorrow i got appointment for surgery but yesterday afternoon i had a natuaral miscarriage and i passed a big clot in the toilet, and my vaginal lips are swollen and red, is there any problem if the vaginal lips swells
