Does Vulvar Hematoma Need Surgery?
hi!I have vulvar hematoma. 2 days ago before treating it with metronidazole, it was swollen and red even on the outside and i can't even sit for long. now it's only on the inside and no more swollen part on the outside. do they have to make surgery or should i continue the antibiotic and salt bath.please tell me what else to do?
