Endometriosis, Constant Bleeding, Cramps, Taking Birth Control Pill

Hi, I am 24 years old and got diagnosed with endometriosis about 3 years ago. I recently started experiencing constant bleeding (from bright red to brown/black) with severe cramps that make me pass out and get sick. I am also losing about 5-6 blood cloths the size of a quarter, every time I go to the bathroom. I am on the birth control necon 1/50 and have never in my life experienced this.
