Experiencing Pain In The Left Jaw ,arm ,head & Chest

I have had pain in my left jaw and arm and head and chest. I am 49 year old female, 5'7", 150lbs, hypothyroid, menopausal, and I take .50 levothyroxine and estradiol. First I was diagnosed with atypical migraine, but sent to cardiologist because of my rapid heartbeat 90-130 and chestpain just to rule out any cardiovascular problems. So my stress and echo were normal but my heart rate continues to be high as documented on a 24 hr halter monitor. Now I have been put on 81 mg aspirin daily. I also had a mri of brain and spine. The radiologist report says brain normal and bulging disc with no stenosis. However, the main pain radiates from my left jaw and goes out from there to a terrible headache. I have a copy of the mri of my brain and I popped it in the computer to look and I see all kinds of white and flares in my head on the left side by my ear and jaw--but nothing is said about it on the radiologist report. I don't have any idea how to read an mri---so if it is normal--what is all of that white on my mri?
