I ve had a cold the past two days, nothing out of the ordinary until today. I went for a run, I m currently on week 3 of the couch to 5k program, and afterwards after my shower I noticed that there s squishy spot about 3 inches inside the top of my right hip bone . Naturally I check the other side, nothing. It seems like a fluid build up or something. I ve never felt anything like this though.
